14-th full-length release from Ichiro Tsuji's unique project, this time in the shape of three long instrumental tracks of synthetic noise, strong percussions and japanese biwa music. Closer to "Zigoku" than to "UPD II", and a great starting point for those that have missed out on past releases.

Latest release from Ichiro Tsuji, this time on german label MNDR. 3 long tracks of filthy guitar noise, grunting and fuzz that each last over 11 minutes. The closest release would be "Groping in the Dark", but this is much slower and heavier.

Dissecting Table - Into the Light (Crowd Control Activities)
4 long tracks of pure apocalyptic bliss. The first two prominently feature a sort of mechanized death-funk industrial unheard of elsewhere, and the third track is a great slice of old-school structured noise that climaxes with a flurry of pounding drums. The fourth ends the album with the traditional full-on percussive sound that Dissecting Table is known for, but combined with gloomy atmospheric passages. A flawless release.

Dissecting Table - Groping in the Dark (UPD)
Thirteenth release from Hiroshima's best. This one prominently features layers of guitars and the electronic noise is less present than elsewhere, so it could possibly be viewed as a more accessible release to the uninitiated "metal-friendly" ear. Make no mistake though, this is Dissecting Table and what we have here is brutal, almost exhausting digital death metal with hyperkinetic explosions replacing what usually passes for rhythms.

Dissecting Table - Non-Euclidian Geometry (UPD)
Third Dissecting Table release of 2005 so far, and an outsider one at that. This release sets aside the guitars and rhythmical components and moves into full-on noise territory: blasts of white noise, undulating bass sounds and howling screams. Since this is Dissecting Table and not some run-of-the-mill noise project, there's always a purpose to the madness, a finality to the onslaught, and the dynamic nature of the tracks keeps you on your toes. A brief respite is provided in the shape of the third track, a sonic visit to a dank scrapyard at nighttime.

Dissecting Table - Zettaizetsumei (UPD)
Fourth DT release of 2005 so far. No guitars and very little drums on this one, but 4 long tracks of evolving glitchy electronics with autistic rhythms, some shouted vocals and violent spasms of digital noise. At times it sounds like DT channeled through a ZX Spectrum. Strange stuff indeed.
On a side note, Malignant Records better not rip off this description for their own catalog like they did with the last DT. Write your own, people.

Dissecting Table - Day of Nemesis (UPD)
The first DT release of 2006 sees the heavy electronic noise of his recent CD-Rs colliding with the visceral vocal stylings and manic rhythms of past albums, at least as far as the memorable first track is concerned. The others are relentess and caustic noise pieces that'll give your ears a thorough frequency workout to the point of exhaustion.

Yet another Dissecting Table CD-R, this time with the recent tendancy for violent digital noise mixed up with orchestral sounds. The first track combines growling, deep piano notes, dissonant strings and heavy metallic clanging to a disturbing effect.
