Bad Sector - Plasma (Old Europa Cafe)
Label info: "Great conceptual work! sound sources: Magnetosphere, Vostok + Salyut + Soyuz original recordings, Pulsar, High Voltage, Neon... all these sounds build a unique, powerful and pulsing sound sculpture, a great mind experience! Cover presents a series of interesting "electricity / energy" historical photos."

Bad Sector - The Harrow (Ewers Tonkunst)
Re-release of this classic Bad Sector album from 2001 in a slick digisleeve. Based on sounds emanating from a digital Geiger counter and naval, air and military radio bands fed through custom signal processing, "The Harrow" is just as impressive today as when it was initially released, with its streams of radiant signals and impulsive electronic patterns. Absolutely essential.

Bad Sector - CMASA (Power & Steel)
New 2009 album that reworks material originally composed in 2005 for the M3M art exhibition in Pisa, Italy. The exhibition in question being based around images of the seaside and rivers of the Pisana area and the CMASA airplane factory located there, those themes carry over into the compositions through subtle sounds of the seashore, rushing water and sparse metal clanging.
With that context in mind, this is some of Massimo Magrini's most emotional work as his unique digital textures take a particularly melodic character here, which is further reinforced by the beautifully lush synth pads. Vital in every sense of the word.

Bad Sector / Contagious Orgasm - Vacuum Pulse (Old Europa Cafe)
One of the most recommended collaboration records in the post-industrial field, and rightfully so. 4 tracks where each project alternatively provides the raw sounds which are shaped by the other.

Band of Pain - Qué Amiga? (Cold Spring)
Cinematic ambient with a balance of synthetic and acoustic instruments from this UK project and label-head of Dirter Promotions. Not too dissimilar to some Contrastate works at times.

Bardoseneticcube - XXX (Aquarellist)
Zhelezobeton info: "New Bardoseneticcube album is inspired by life and works of Nika Turbina - a poetess who started to write grown-up tragic poems when she was only 4 years old. [...] After living pathologically strange life, receiving the most prestigious poetic prize "Golden Lion", and being held in mental hospital, at the age of 27 Nika tragically died falling down from the 5th floor window. The musical dedication of Bardoseneticcube is presented in 12 untitled tracks filled with surrealistic feelings and some childish morbidity. Obscure loops and industrial soundscapes are buried under a pile of rhyme wreckage, melody fragments and almost chaotic manifold of strange sounds."

Bardoseneticcube - Deadhead (Steinklang)
One of the great aspects of each new Bardoseneticcube album is that you never know what to expect in terms of style. Known mostly for its experimental ambient recordings, the project has embraced styles as diverse as electro-dub, dark ambient and of course the collaboration with saxophonist Igor V. Petrov which we released (of which a different version of one track appears here). "Deadhead" is another great surprise from Bardoseneticcube and sees the project putting together monumental electronic tracks with neo-classical and martial industrial touches. Pick it up.

Bardoseneticcube - Naegleria Fowlery (By Blade Records)
New 2007 album from Bardoseneticcube, and it's just as varied and eclectic as Igor Potsukailo's most recent releases. Uneasy sinewaves, deep synth pads, technoïd rhythms and what sounds like a crackling Geiger counter are some of the prominent sounds here, and while some of it could be seen as a continuation of "Deadhead", other tracks develop a particularly dense and electrically-charged atmosphere that is both new and familiar to the attentive listener.
(CD, oversized printed sleeve, out of stock)
Bardoseneticcube & Igor V. Petrov - The Perpetuum Mobile Space Vehicle [mn029] (Mechanoise Labs)
Collaborative material from Bardoseneticcube's recording sessions with St. Petersburg-based saxophonist Igor V. Petrov. Definitely one of Bardoseneticcube's most singular and musical works, with a mixture of irradiated electronics, hazy lunar jazz, sedated drones and urban soundscapes. Artwork by STPo.
