Ultra Milkmaids / Imagho - By Mail... (SSSM)
A collaboration effort that provides subdued ambiant textures, melodic sounds and floating electronics. The record has a particularly subtle and airy quality to it, and headphones are required for the full effect.
(CD, grey cardboard sleeve, 12.00 €)

Telepherique / Contagious Orgasm - Cyouwa (SSSM)
Not just your average collaboration, but more of a fusion of both projects' instincts and sonic palettes. Diverse, dynamic industrial that easily swings moods from rhythmic passages to electronic warblings.

Contagious Orgasm / Telepherique - Crosses Deeply (SSSM)
New 2005 collaboration follow-up to Cyouwa. Less emphasis on industrial stylings and more on bizarre ambiances made with displaced found sounds and electronic beats. Features great artwork by Yasutoshi Yoshida of Gorvenment Alpha.
(CD, digisleeve, out of stock)
Contagious Orgasm / Government Alpha - Heartstrings (SSSM)
Third recent collaboration release on Contagious Orgasm's home label, this time with Yasutoshi Yoshida of Government Alpha who's been responsible for the great collage artwork on all these CDs. Over these 12 tracks, Government Alpha's screeching blasts of white-hot electronic noise are cut-up and mixed in with Contagious Orgasm's industrial rhythms, off-beat collages and found sounds. Surreal, unusual and highly listenable.
(CD, gatefold digisleeve, 13.00 €)

Deuterror - Le Gueule de Guerre (Steelwork Maschine)
Label info: "After two net-releases titled "Agrippen" and "Cortharis Lex", which are still available for download on his website, Deuterror offers us his new work and his first release on CD, "Le Gueule De Guerre". A fable on the faith that animates man and keeps him standing, going beyond the limits of minimalist dark ambient or the violence of extravagant noise. Deuterror develops his theme with drones in turn overwhelming and disturbing, vindictive frequencies, making "Le Gueule De Guerre" a severe statement embittered with disillusionment."

Bardoseneticcube - Deadhead (Steinklang)
One of the great aspects of each new Bardoseneticcube album is that you never know what to expect in terms of style. Known mostly for its experimental ambient recordings, the project has embraced styles as diverse as electro-dub, dark ambient and of course the collaboration with saxophonist Igor V. Petrov which we released (of which a different version of one track appears here). "Deadhead" is another great surprise from Bardoseneticcube and sees the project putting together monumental electronic tracks with neo-classical and martial industrial touches. Pick it up.

Cold Fusion - Occupatria (Steinklang)
Label info: "An oppressive atmosphere in a occupied town, in a occupied country. only the illusion of freedom - no freedom. Cold Fusion - Occupatria - a musical journey on the thin line between urge of freedom and lack of its realisation. 45 minutes of symphonic martial music, compared to A Challenge Of Honour and Les Joyaux de la Princesse."

Drape Excrement / Söldnergeist - Black Rider (Steinklang)
Finally some new (or rather unpublished until now) material from Art Konkret residents Drape Excrement and Söldnergeist. This collaboration album seems to put the emphasis on the first project's dynamic type of death industrial, but with an added heavy electronics touch by Söldnergeist. Heads above most of their peers. Artwork by Fabrice Billard, who heads the Divine Comedy label.
(CD, jewel case, 13.50 €)

Rasthof Dachau - Prison Poems (Steinklang)
Label info: "7 years went by since the last album from this Austrian Cold-Electronic project was released. "Prison Poems" is a conceptual work about the Irish civil-rights movement in the 70ies of the last century. the album deals about the fate of a handful young IRA volunteers, imprisoned for political affairs, but then simply sentenced as criminals. after a long hunger strike, the young men died, forgotten from the rest of the world. most song texts on this album were written by one of these young men who died from hunger. he wrote these poems on toilet and cigarette paper with the refill of a biro-pen, hidden inside his body in the years before he died. the sound on this album varies from dark and cold songs à la Galakthorroe to early SPK-like Heavy-Electronic tracks. all with hard or subliminal rhythms and psychic analogue frequencies."
(CD, jewel case, 13.50 €)

Vetrophonia - Shumographika (Strange Sounds Records)
New 2005 album from the duo of St. Petersburg veterans Nick Soudnick (ZGA) and Alexander Lebedev-Frontov (Linija Mass, Stalnoy Pakt). As with their most recent releases, the material is carefully constructed from a wide range of noises and sounds, ranging from the familiar (bells, dog barks, metal sheets, drum rolls, old vinyls) to the unnameable. More serene and intimate than the epic "Promzona", "Shumographika" is Futurist poetry at its best. Russian import.
(CD, oversized sleeve, 14.00 €)
