Ovum - S/T (Suggestion Records)
Crackling electric ambient noise from this cult Swedish project. The third track is a strange cover of "I wanna be your Dog".

Rrupt - Traverser (Egone)
Stunning ethno-industrial from this obscure and sadly overlooked French project. Inspired by Lionel Tran's novel "Traverser du Désert" and involving a number of other artistic contributions such as the calligraphy of Thomas Foucher and the photography of Jean-Marie Arnouil, "Traverser" is a beautifully presented journey across a scorched desert where daytime mirages cede only to the night's icy winds.

S.E.T.I. - Corona (Power & Steel)
Fifth album from Andrew Lagowski's deep space exploration project, S.E.T.I. Active since 1982, Lagowski has notably collaborated with Lustmord on one-off projects such as Terror Against Terror and Isolrubin BK, and his own solo work includes material released as Legion and under his own name.
Of all his albums as S.E.T.I., 1995's "Knowledge" has always been a personal top pick, and remains among the best sonic attempts at evoking the vastness of the cosmos even to this day. "Corona" is the rightful follow-up to it, as it reuses and improves on a lot of the same elements: deep cosmic drones, sputtering digital oscillations, NASA recordings, cut-up radio broadcasts and harmonic waves are all forged together into a richly-detailed 52-min journey to the beyond. Ad Astra.

S.E.T.I. - Knowledge (Ash International)
Finally stocked some new and sealed copies of this classic 1995 release by Andrew Lagowski's S.E.T.I., also active in the past as Legion and as part of Terror Against Terror. The four long tracks of detailed cosmic ambient are teeming with radio signals, highly processed vocal samples and deep soundscapes and rank among the best material by Lagowski, right up there along with his recent albums on Loki Foundation / Power & Steel.
(CD, clear jewel case, $8.00)

S36NZ-OKh - Dar (Ultra)
First album from S36NZ-OKh (aka Kirill Rozhkov, also known as T.A.U. and one half of Stalnoy Pakt). Narcoleptic drones with subtle shifting high frequencies. Like meditating in an electrical power station.
(CD-R, cardboard sleeve, to be restocked soon)

Sadogipnoz - Old Structures - Mythological Reason (8th Moon Art)
Side project of Lunar Abyss Quartet members, released on the now defunct 8th Moon Art label. Ritualistic industrial with collages of looped instruments and found sounds. From murky underwater sonic explorations to drunken operatic dirges.
(CD-R, hand-made green cardboard sleeve, out of stock)

Sil Muir - Sil Muir (Diophantine Discs)
Sil Muir is the collaboration between Italian ambient artists Andrea Marutti (who runs Afe Records and is also active as Amon and Never Known) and Andrea Ferraris (Ur). Their first album together provides us with four long tracks of deep and mellow drones ideal for drowsy late-night listening.
(CD, silk-screened wallet packaging, $11.00, last copy)

Silence & Strength - Le Divin Cagliostro (Eastern Front)
Neo-folk and ritualistic ambient from Israel inspired by the Grand Copht, the creator of the Egyptian Rite of Freemasonry. Reminiscent of a much more luminous version of Endura during the more ambient pieces, with the esoteric aspects of Freemasonry replacing Lovecraftian lore as the aesthetic foundation.
(CD, DVD case, $5.00, on sale)

Sister Loolomie - Signals (Zhelezobeton)
Spiraling electric drones from one half of Moscow duo Exit in Grey. Overall the sounds here are actually quite soothing and semi-melodic, with lots of fluttering details underlined with a gentle hint of digital glazing. Not your typical ambient record.
(pro-printed CD-R and cardboard sleeve, $12.00, last copy)
